zeer slechte hotelervaring
uitermate onvriendelijk personeel. Bij inchecken wordt een tarief van 91 euro voorgesteld terwijl op de website 70 euro stond. Vervolgens wordt ik verplicht om via de website te boeken terwijl ik aan de balie sta. Medewerker was ronduit onbeschoft.
In de ochtend stonden medewerkers te praten terwijl ik sta te wachten om uit te checken. dat duurde wel 3 minuten.
Tv staat vastgenageld aan een kastje dat schuin staat tegenover het bed waardoor je vanuit het bed moeilijk naar tv kan kijken, storend.

Expensive breakfast
The room was fine; clean and well equipped. The price of the room itself was very reasonable, but the charge for breakfast was unacceptably high and the standard of the breakfast was not not up to that price. One might have expected fried or scrambled eggs to accompany the bacon and not only a boiled egg, which had to be eaten without an egg-cup. The room was fine; clean and well equipped. two nights with tulips
The rooms were simple, but sufficient. The doors close extremely loud and were a problem, when a group of Japanese people arrived late and slammed the doors heavily. Is the no other way of closing mechanism for hotel doors?
The buffet and the arrangement for two nights was good.
The surrounding of the hotel is momentarily not very attractive. A mini-bar would be nice.

holiday short stay
We had a "chokolate package" and it was good to the money - but the breakfast buffet did not get a refill - so when something was out there didn't came any new things - and we had just stayed at the "same" hotel (Tulip inn) in Bodegraven and there the breakfast buffet was well filled all the time!!!
